Fruit Merge: Watermelon Jam · Android
Privacy policy
Updated 4 October 2026
Fruit Merge: Watermelon Jam works without an account. Game progress is saved on your device. Advertising is provided by Google AdMob, which processes technical information as described below.
Game data and accounts
The Android game stores puzzle progress, scores, earned treats, village restoration, recipes and settings on your device so you can resume play. It does not send this game progress to WebiSity Studio. We do not operate player accounts, our own in-game analytics or in-app purchases.
Advertising and technical data
The game offers optional rewarded ads when you choose a rescue or an extra treat reward.
Google’s Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) can automatically collect and share an IP address (which may indicate approximate location), app interactions, diagnostics and device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID where available. Google uses this information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. It is sent using encrypted HTTPS connections; Google controls its own retention. This technical information is separate from game progress saved locally.
See Google’s privacy policy and the Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure for details. Non-personalised ads still involve technical data processing; they do not mean that no data leaves the device.
Ad privacy and audience
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. Google’s consent form is shown where required and available. Your consent, Google’s requirements and your device settings affect the ads you receive; this policy does not describe every ad as non-personalised.
Your choices, storage and deletion
Watching a rewarded ad is optional where offered. When Google makes a consent or privacy form available, you can use the in-app ad privacy choices control to review your choices. You can also manage or delete your Android advertising ID in device settings.
Progress remains on the device until you reset the app’s data or uninstall it. Clearing app storage removes local progress and settings. This does not delete information already processed by Google; use Google’s privacy controls for that information.
Android backup is enabled. Depending on your device settings, the operating system may include app data in a device or cloud backup and restore it later. Manage backups with your device or backup provider; uninstalling alone may not remove a saved backup.
Permissions, security and other services
The game does not ask for access to your photos, camera, microphone, contacts or precise location. It uses network access for advertising. Local files rely on Android’s app storage protections. Google Play and your operating system may process download, payment or diagnostic information under their own policies. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Support, your rights and contact
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to reply and resolve your request, relying on our legitimate interest in providing support. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose or any applicable legal obligation.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, or object to or restrict its use. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office. For requests, contact webisity.studio@gmail.com.
The publisher is WEBISITY STUDIO LTD, company number 16924225, based in the United Kingdom. Email, hosting, advertising and platform providers may process information internationally under their own policies and safeguards.
