4. AI processing
We use AI to analyze keyframes extracted from your video to generate a structured report. Audio is not processed. The report is informational and not a substitute for professional inspections.

- Service providers for hosting, storage, and infrastructure (e.g., Supabase).
- AI providers used to generate reports (e.g., Google Gemini or equivalent).
- App stores and billing providers for purchases (e.g., Apple/Google, RevenueCat).

6. Data retention
We keep videos, keyframes, and reports as long as needed to provide the Service and maintain your analysis history. You can request deletion at any time. We may retain limited records for legal, accounting, or security reasons.

How to request account deletion
To delete your account, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Send an email to webisity.studio@gmail.com with the subject line "Renovation Insight Account Deletion Request"
- Step 2: Include the email address associated with your Renovation Insight account
- Step 3: We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted
What data is deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your account credentials and authentication identifiers
- All uploaded renovation videos and extracted keyframes
- All generated reports and analysis history
- Usage data and preferences associated with your account
- Any support messages and attachments you sent us
Data retention period
After you request account deletion:
- Immediate deletion: Your account will be deactivated immediately, and you will no longer be able to access the Service
- 30-day retention: Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of receiving your request
- Legal retention: We may retain limited records (such as transaction logs, payment receipts, or legal correspondence) for accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes for up to 7 years as required by UK law
- Backup systems: Data in backup systems will be purged according to our standard backup rotation schedule, which may take up to 90 days
